President & CEO
Philip DaleyA seasoned executive who literally grew his career from the ground up, Phil began his journey in 1986 as a 'dumper' for Benjamin Moore and Company. He leverages four decades of industrial experience to drive results, and his greatest professional satisfaction comes from mentoring the next generation of talent.
When Phil is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and grand-dogs. You can typically find him on the golf course or updating his landscaping.

Technical Director
Bradley PorterWith a background in chemistry specializing in polymers and coatings, Brad brings extensive experience in coatings, manufacturing, and product development. He is passionate about finding practical solutions for customers and maintaining the quality of every product Davis produces. One of his proudest accomplishments has been being part of a strong Quality team during a plant startup.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, learning, golf, and exploring a wide range of interests. According to his wife, he’s pretty funny too.
Plant Manager
Noah CundiffAfter joining Davis Paint in 2011, Noah worked his way through nearly every area of production before becoming Plant Manager. With 15 years of paint-making experience, he brings a from-the-floor perspective to leading production and a commitment to getting every batch right. He is especially proud of growing from stacking paint cans to overseeing the production side of business.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth baseball, and exploring the outdoors with is son—including a search for Bigfoot in the Redwood Forest.

Alexis Davis
An experienced product marketing and content professional, Alexis has a strong background in educational technology, project management, and information management. She is most proud of partnering with 40+ brands to develop impactful marketing strategies, engaging content, email campaigns, blogs, SEO-optimized web copy, and social media initiatives.
When she’s not at work, she is chauffeuring her children to school and activities, reading and cross-stitching.
Customer Service
Leca Weber
With more than 15 years of customer service experience, including 13 years with a local chemical company, Leca brings a genuine passion for taking care of customers to her role at Davis Paint. She handles everything from orders and invoicing to shipping—and is always willing to tackle the occasional paint question along the way. She believes great customer service means treating people like friends rather than numbers and strives to bring a cheerful attitude to every interaction.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Chiefs and Royals.
Purchasing Agent
Terri Turner
With 41 years at Davis Paint, Terri has grown with the company through roles ranging from receptionist and secretary to Production Assistant, now Purchasing Agent. Her deep knowledge of Davis Paint’s manufacturing process and products brings valuable experience to her work purchasing raw materials and supporting customers. She takes pride in the work she does and in being part of a company where she has built a career over four decades.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys mushroom hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Keylan Meinstein
With a background in quality control and powder coatings, Keylan joined Davis Paint as a Chemist after starting his career with a national paint manufacturer. He brings a quality-first mindset, and he’s focused on learning the industry and finding other ways to improve businesses. Outside of work, he enjoys movies, sports, books, and record shopping with his wife.
